Q- How do I place an order?

A- Our online ordering system is available on our website 24/7 365. You can also place your order by phone Monday-Friday 9am-6pm 604-576-2645 / Toll Free 1-866-414-4387 or by email at info@seascapegiftbaskets.com.

Q: Can I customize a basket, or slightly change a basket that I see online?

A- Yes. We love creating custom baskets for our clients. Please contact us directly and we can discuss your custom requests. If you see a basket you like online, but need to sub out a few products due to an allergy or personal preference- we can do that too! Custom gift baskets are not available in the month of December.

Q- Can I include my promotional material i.e.: business cards, pens, mugs, notepads etc. in your baskets?

A- Of course! It’s a great marketing strategy for you to include your promo items. Please contact us directly and we can provide you our address to send/drop off your items.

Q- Can I ship baskets to multiple addresses?

A- You certainly can. Our easy checkout process allows you to send baskets to multiple addresses.

Q- Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A- Yes, we work with a wide variety of companies on a regular basis and provide discounts for large volume orders. Please contact us for more information on volume discounts.

Q-When should I place my order for Christmas time?

A- The sooner the better! Christmas is our busiest time of the year. To avoid disappointment please order as early as possible.

Q- What types of payment do you accept?

A- SeaScape Gift Baskets accepts credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Companies have an option to pay by cheque once a corporate account has been established.

Delivery questions:

Q- When will my basket be delivered?

A- If you require same day delivery, please contact us and we will discuss your options. If you need your gift there by tomorrow, you must place your order by 3pm today. You can also choose a later date of your choice. For more information on our shipping delivery times please see our delivery/shipping page for more information.

Q- Is weekend delivery available?

A- Yes. Please contact us a few days in advance to set up a weekend delivery.

Q- Are your baskets available for shipping across Canada?

A- Yes, we use our reliable courier service for all deliveries in the Greater Vancouver Area and Canada Post for all shipments outside the Greater Vancouver Area.

Q-How do I know if my basket has been delivered?

A- You will receive an email notifying you when your basket has been delivered.

Q- What happens if the recipient is not at home to accept delivery?

A- Upon delivery, if the recipient is not available the gift may be left with a concierge or neighbour. The gift may also be left on the front or back porch if the area is deemed safe by our courier. If no one is available to accept the delivery and it is not safe to leave, the gift will be returned to our office and additional charges may apply to re send.

Q- How much is your delivery fee?

A- For a limited time, all deliveries in the Greater Vancouver area are $9.95 (excluding Abbotsford & Mission). Shipments outside this area will vary depending on the weight and measurements of the gift. You will be provided with the shipment costs once you have inputted the delivery address in the checkout process.

Q- Am I able to pick up my order?

A- Yes, click on “local pick up” when placing your order online and we will have your gift ready on the date you have selected. Once your order is placed we will provide you with our address for pick up.

Q- Where are you located?

A- Our office/warehouse is located in Burnaby, BC. Order pick-ups are by appointment only.

Q- Does my gift include a gift card?

A- Absolutely! Every gift basket comes with a complimentary card filled out with the message of your choice.

Q-Can I return a gift basket?

A- Please take a look at our return policy page for more information.

Q- Do your food gift baskets have to be refrigerated?

A- No. All of our food products are shelf stable. Some of our food products such as salmon, cheese, jams and spreads, have to be refrigerated after opening.

Q- I would like to add a certain type of alcohol or wine to a basket, can I do that?

A- Of course. We are pleased to offer our customers a variety of alcoholic beverages to be included in our gifts. If you have a special request other than the default beverage selection associated with each basket please contact us. As defined by the BC Liquor Control Act, we are able to ship gift baskets with Alcohol to recipients that are 19 years of age or older. Alcoholic beverages are purchased directly from the BC Liquor Store at the time of order, as we are not permitted to store alcohol on premise. The customer will be charged the BC Liquor Store fee plus a $5.00 pickup fee.
